Statement

I have just received my 'new' MFC statement, I am so shocked to find that after 5 years of paying my account I have only paid of R2000.00 (my monthly installment is R1802.00) How is this possible, from reading other reports I am not the only one with this problem. I have emailed them as I don't live in SA at the moment working overseas to pay of my debt asap, but at this rate it will never happen. But so shocked I still can not get over it :-(. and by the way I have been remarried for 15 years and all of a sudden I am Mrs du Plessis again (15 years after changing my surname) So disappointed and shocked that I have another 5 years of debt in front of me!!!
