Eware of debt administrators

I went under administration in 2007 and was informed that in 5 years time I should be debt free. Its now going on 7 years and I'm still paying this man. Apparently, creditors charging me interest. My initial debt was r48000 and I'm paying r900 p/m from september 2007 till now. Seems I'm worse off than before. I haven't received 1 statement since 2007.please help
