FNB's Galaxy S5 is no deal

The way Fnb advertises their smart devices is misleading. They punt that the S4 comes with a bundle deal. Of course one is very excited about the deal which seems like a very good deal. One does not read the fine print until the order is processed. Then you cannot go back and alter the deal-their system would not allow you to do so. What is not stated in their bold adverts is that the bundle deal including sim is available to new a/c holders only. Existing a/c holders pay R299 for just a phone-no bundle no sim. What deal is this? One can very well buy this anywhere cheaper as well!
I feel that I have been mislead and I am not happy about this. Fnb did not have the common coutersy to call me and explain the deal. You are at fault for this and you must take full responsibility. I want a sim and the bundle as well.
