Illegal Breach of Contract

How dare you debit my account before my debit order date as per my contract without my consent? THis is totally illegal and breach of contract. On the 21st my account was debited instead of the 28th and came back returned as my salary wasn't in yet. This is a bad reflection on my ABSA account and I could loose ny overdraft or good interest rate due to your incompentence. On Monday I will go to the omboudsman regarding the above and if a letter is not sent thru to my private banker at ABSA clearing my name and stating that Nedbank took the debit order early without consent I will go to Carte Blanche with the story and sure 1000 s will come forward. How dare you embarrass me and make my bank account look bad. I will get a lawyer involved if I have to to go thru the contract but my name will be cleared with ABSA
