Debiting on a wrong date always

I am now sick and tired of this stupid bank, I don't know how many calls I've made to them making arrangements that my account should be debited on 27 or 28 because that's when I get paid but no they do as they like with my account whenever they feel like taking my money they just go ahead and do it. Today is the 21st they did it again and what's frustrating their staff is incompetent because whenever you call to inquire they never seem to know or give an honest answer.
