Fail to fix my problems

This is my second complaint here about the same thing I was called emailed but still nothing. I am more than angry now. How difficult is it to debit my account on agreed date??? So u decide to deduct today on 22nd I get paid 25 Tuesday u are all incompetent and the lady who waists my time phoning emailing saying its sorted. I am glad I dnt bank with you can imagine what nightmares I would have.
