No email address for the collections or home loans

To whomever it may concern

We conduct forensic audits on bond accounts. Whenever I try get an email address or contact person in the home loans or collections department to send the forensic audit to, I either get an email address that bounces back or the phone goes dead.

I am complaining at the lack of service I get when just trying to get an email address out of those two departments.

Could someone please assist or am I just wasting my time?
