Phonesure deducting money for policy which I neve

A lady called a few weeks ago and tried to sell this service to my wife. She told the lady she does NOT want it but if she would mail her some details she would gladly have a look the offer and get back to her. No email ever came and on the 18th a debit order just went through her account.

Please could somebody investigate.
