Unauthorised Debit Order again from PHONESURE

As a lot of people know and some already been a victim of this, Phonesure has yet again committed an Unauthorised Debit Order. This time I fall victim. I while ago a lady phoned me asking if I would like to get my phone insured, after I have took out an Virgin Mobile contract. I told the lady no thank you.. She started explaining to me that the first month would be free. I told her that I do not care about this and wish not to get this. The conversation was over. The on the 1/07/2013 i received a sms from my bank showing that phonesure has deducted R199.50 with the ref no of MD-1526903-1. I phoned them and a guy called Jivashan helped me. this was on last week Tuesday. He told me that he would check the recorded conversation and would come back to me on Thursday (04/07). He never did!!! I just want them to give my money back!! I never agreed to this contract!! Hope this would be sorted out!
