Rejected claim and cheeky service

Have 2 policy's with OUTSURANCE, neither policy paid out after being a valued client for some years.
My personal Photography equipment got from my business, and neither my personal policy or the business policy wanted to pay out. I lost a substantial amount of money. Thereafter I wanted to cancel my insurance with them, and the call centre agent didn't' want to help me cancel it. I feel OUTSURANCE tried to look for a reason, why not to pay out my claim rather than helping me. I pay insurance for a reason, and I lost money cause they don't give me the cover they promise.
