Outsurance
Badgered due to cancelling my policy!!!

I called the outsurance call centre to cancel my out and about insurance that I had on my laptop as I did not need it anymore. Firstly I was transferred to a 2nd consultant without being told, I was just asked to hold the line. The 2nd consultant then badgered me over the phone as to why I was cancelling my policy, who was I going with, did I know that there are often problems when I try to claim from other companies, would I send through the quote from the other company so he can have a look at it, etc, etc... I did not appreciate this at all as he was practically insinuating that as a grown woman i don't know how to do due diligence on a company that is in fact offering me a MUCH better deal to insure with them than outsurance. then surprisingly I get an SMS from outsurance stating "OUTSURANCE Dear MISS XYZ with regards to your OUTSURANCE Policy OTxxx. Your Bonus of Rxxx.xx is due on the 31/07/2013." the minute I hang up from cancelling my policy with them. I called them back and they said this was a system glitch and I should ignore it and I forfeit this due to cancelling. I think it was a very petty SMS response from outsurance to cancelling my policy and it's NOT appreciated
