Daily calls for incorrect person

For more that 6 months I receive almost daily calls on my cell from RCS trying to get hold of someone. I have asked every time that my number be removed from the system. They say yes every time and the next day... phone call. Can anything be done about this? Surely its in RCS's interests to recognise that they have the wrong number and start trying to find the correct one?
