BANK IS A DISASTER - NO SERVICE AT ALL

This is now the 2nd complaint I am lodging against this unspeakably useless bank and in particular the Randburg Branch.
Since my last complaint about JASON SKOZANE - he phoned me and apologised profusely and I agreed to give him one more chance to change the situation. Well the shock of this is he has in fact become worse and the service from him is COMPLETELY NON EXISTENT!
Jason came to see me with a "Financial Planner" from Absa called SHAINAL MORAR
Both sat in my office promising me a) a quotation and figures for our two enormous investment accounts we have with this useless bank - and to date NOT ONE WORD OR QUOTE OR ANY further communication from Shainal who promised me figures on Monday the 6th! - Today one of the investments mature and he has still not contacted me!
Jason undertook to a) order a cheque book for our company on the 2nd of May (found out that it was only ordered on the 6th of May and I still dont have it)
Jason undertook to email me the Interest we received over the last financial year so that we can pay it out and do our calculations for the Estate Agents Board - NOT ONE WORD!
7 telephone messages have been left for him. NOT A WORD!
Can it get worse?
