Settlement lette

I called on the 13.06.2013 requesting the settlement letter i was told it takes 48hours of which i was ok with.
i did follow up againg on the 14.06.2013 and was told the same, today is the 20.06.2013 i am still told that it takes 48hours to mail me the letter, on the other hand i get your consultend phoning me about the acc in arreas, why don't you use the passsion to print and mail me the letter. i am currently regreting to have used RCS after i was warned by my friend not to use your service, i don't think i will ever advice any good south african to use RCS
