Unhappy. taking my R$$$ without permission

I specifically requested for the policy to be cancelled in May (Notice given end of April 2013, immediate effect cancellation)., which they acknowledged. On 25.05.13 I got an sms that R221 will be deducted for Jun & I queried this on Sat 25.05.13 and was promised by a certain customer service agent to escalate and come back to me. (Mycell # as ref)
Her explanation was I'm covered till June, as for who gave them permission as i ended the contract (don't make sense to me as I put notice on end of April and is way more than 30 days notice). Till this day i haven't got a reply.

This is @ its best..I didn't ask to be covered for June... I need my money back..
I have the right to cancel any policy and i gave them ample time. 'Stealers'
