Poor service from my car insurance

Since the day i put in a claim with the above insurance the service was poor. i am not happy with the claim consaltant that i am dealing with, she will never feedback on anything until you actually call and ask her.

they tool they own time to assess the car telling me that the damages from my car are not from one accident, i heard send a email to the new natioanl assurance to intervine in this matter cause i wanted to escalate the matter to ombudsmend. after i had done that that is when i got feedback from them.

i was given a cutersy car for 30 days and had to return it on the 20/06/13 and my is not yet fixed. the panel beater sad it will take 10-12 working days to fix the car. i had to call them again insist them to extend the rental car. but i what puzzle me is they only extended with 5 days and they telling me after the 5 days i have to pay if i want to continue using the car until mine is fixed.

the delay is not on my side, they delayed the whole process and know i jave to suffer hence i do pay them. to those that i recomended to use this insurance i retrive my words. i am not happy @ all.

i hope you will improve your service. can someone recomend the best one.
