Good morning Hellopeter, In May I applied for a loan at Loan Tracer but after finding out that they want money first before they help me I cancelled it, on the 31 May 2013 there was a deduction of R399 from Loan Tracer from my account without my authorization, I called Fnb to reverse the payment and I also called Loan Tracer to find out about the deduction they said I agreed to the debit order but I know I did not sign any papers. Today, 19 June 2013 I received an sms and an e-mail that I will be handed over to their legal department if I do not pay Loan Tracer, I do not owe Loan Tracer any money and I did not agree to anything.
