REPAIRING A CAR DAMAGES FOR TWO MONTHS

On the 18 april 2013 i got an accident. my car was damaged and could not move and it was towed by safari with instruction from iywze.on the 23 april 2013 i lodged a claim and they have been sending me from pillar to post.it has been 8 weeks without my car being repaired. their staff tell every time when i call them. they never give feedback until i call them. their rental car is authorised for 30 days but due to the of their staff nothing is has been done.they promise to extend because the delay was on their side. i have email confirming that the delay was on their side for 14 days. they never give full information until u ask. with all these delays now they do not extend the rental car. they know that different stories has been told. one will say your car is with panel beaters, they are awaiting authorisation of the parts. you need to pay acsess and the panelbeaters says that they do not need upfront payment for a undrivable car but the car which is drivable then who is lying. if i do not call them no one calls with progress. i am tired of iywze and i want my car fixed.
