Failing to refund me

Last year november i signed a debit order mandate with debt tec witbank branch my reference number being Reference H113647.the last date of the payment was supposed to be the 25th of april 2013. in december i called them asking them if it would be a problem if i made a payment since i had signed the debit order ..after they said no, i then made a payment, meaning they where not supposed to deduct in march and april anymore. in march they deducted and when i asked them to refund they took some admin fees and deposited a cheque 7 days later. in april they took again and when i called them i was told to go and reverse at my bank. i have called them a number of times and on the 12 june a lady told me that it will be reversed but it takes a month, i called again on the 12th July and i was told that i will be called back but nobody called me back. i called today 17th july and i was told that somebody will call me back but from past experience i am very sure that nobody will call me back. they are failing to refund me.
