I took up a loan at their easy plan branch and signed a three month debt contract but i see the forth month now that i still get debted. i called the head office and spoke to one of their consulants promised me he'll fix it in a few days, weeks pass nothing no refund just stories of them having a back lock on admin i'll get my money refund. WHY IS IT WHEN WE MISS ONE PAYMENT WE PAY THE NEXT WITH INTEREST BUT WHEN FNB DECIEDES TO REFUND AFTER 4WEEKS YOU GET IT LIKE THAT!
