FNB'S ERROR AND BULLYING TACTICS TO INTIMIDATE

I made a payment to a beneficiary in Oct/Nov 2012. The beneficiary called me to say they had received duplicate payment and they would refund the funds, which they did. Today 19/06/2013, I receive a call from Mlungisi from FNB, 8 MONTHS LATER interrogating me like a criminal and trying to coerce me into answering his questions re what transpired, insinuating that I need to refund the funds as they "rightfully belong to FNB." I am appalled and disgusted at the way FNB are handling this and after being promised a return call from the Manager, Moneed, I received nothing. I then called back, got through to him and his attitude is even more appalling. He tells me the same rubbish that it was their mistake and they realise this but I need to pay them back. He also then proceeded to laugh at me, once I told him I think this is bullying tactics by FNB and that my financial circumstances have changed. I have a mortgage with FNB, vehicle finance with FNB and changed all my Banking to them. This is disgusting and I cannot believe they do not have their clients interests at heart, I have also had to change cards recently due to a security breach!! I am at a loss for words, this is disgusting!!
