Please send your premier bankers and your management on training. If you are not available the next day then make a plan. If it is long weekend then make a plan. Just because its long weekend or management is not there doesn't mean you are not going to follow up or render a service.

It seems that its just fun time at FNB and no work time. I'm still waiting for a call back, but you gave none. I'm not employed by FNB to micro manage you, the premier bankers or its management.

From now one with each query it seems that the client MUST log a hello peter AND a complaint to ensure feedback and actual work done. Well done. How can we not call you back. FAIL.
