AGREED FEES CHANGES WITHOUT AUTORISATION

I recenlty opened a business acoount at FNB Constantia kloof and agreed that my monthly fees would be R50 until business come throught. They now charging me R169 pm for fees I was happier with being a ABSA Client. I cannot trust banking with a bank which does their own thing and goes against a agreement, POOR SERVICE MUST SAY
