International Debt Control
I DEMAND MY MONEY TODAY!!!

I have settled my sportscene account in March via international debt control and i even recieved a paid up letter. to my suprise month ens april, another amount was debited on my account since i was paying via debit order. i was dealing with Lucy all along and she had told me that my account would be closed and no amounts will be debited since ive paid up the account. i called her n told her about this and she said she will request a reversal. up to this very day i have not recieved my R400 back into my account, i called Lucy again this week and she says the money has been deposited but i havent seen even a single cent. i am very upset because had i been the one owing them they would call me a million times daily to "remind" me of payment. Lucy says she has done her part she doesnt understand why the money hasnt been released. how long do i wait?? im very sick of this and i want it sorted today TODAY!!!
