I DEMAND MY REFUND NOW!!

I was in arrears with sportscene and they referred me to their lawyers IDC where i was dealing with Lucy. i arranged for debit order to go off in order to settle my account monthly. month end March was my last payment and i got a paid up letter from IDC (iNTERNATIONAL dEBT cONTROL) to say there wont be any debits going off anymore. to my suprise it did month end April. i called Lucy asked for a reversal she said i must get a letter from my bank to allow them to reverse the money.imagine??? what nonsense, she then said she'll sort it out and il have my money back. up to this very day im still waiting. i spoke to her this week, she sayd their head office sadi they released the money but i suprisingly havent seen a single cent in my account!!! im irritated that i have to be sent from pillar to post for my own money, if it were me who owed them they would be hounding me with calls n texts. ITS UNACCEPTABLE!!! IVE BEEN ASKING POLITELY FOR MY MONEY BUT NOW I DEMAND IT AND TODAY!!! I REFUSE TO HEAR ANY EXCUSES FROM HERE FORTH!!!
