I don't have an account with you!

Your consultant made me think I was applying for a "Call it Spring" store card, not an RCS credit card. When I went to fetch the card I realized the quotation was an RCS credit card. I DID NOT SIGN YOUR QUOTATION, I DO NOT HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH YOU, I DO NOT HAVE YOUR CARD! The consultant said I would get an SMS saying the application was cancelled, only to get a "contract" in the mail.

I do not want your card, I do not have an account with you! I did not sign your quotation, and therefore do not have any kind of contract or agreement with you!
