I made a payment towards my loan account on the 03.05.2013 and in error I omitted my reference number, I immediately contacted the customer service centre and spoke to a lady by the name of Patricia who forwarded my details to the collections department, I have forwarded this email about 9 times thereafter to find out if this payment has been allocated. To date i.e. 18.06.2013 nothing has been done even after I spoke to Marumo who advised on the 13.06.2013 that it would be done. This morning I called again and spoke to a lady by the name of Thandeka who simply thinks she is a police officer asking 1001 questions, when did you forward it, who did you speak to, when was the payment made, etc just to see that her name reflecting on the system as one of the people I spoke to which was on the 03.06.2013. BRUMA FINANCE IS NOW DEDUCTING R 771.96 INSTEAD OF MY CONTRACT AMOUNT OF R 516.22 TO MAKE UP FOR OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS WHICH THEY HAVE NOT ALLOCATED ACCORDINGLY. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM WILLING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER. THIS IS A SMALL AMOUNT TO FIGHT OVER HOWEVER IT'S THE PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER THAT IS THE POINT.
