First National Bank
A bank run by machines

It is a shame that all the advertising around FNB is false. I opened a private banking account a few months ago. Firstly it was the most time consuming process with dozens of forms to fill in. Shortly after opening the account, I start getting messages that documents are needed to register the account under FICA. First I ignore these as it is a new account and should be compliant. After the third message I ask my 'personal banker' to please follow up. NOTHING. Then I want to access the on-line site and ask him for help. Again NOTHING. Today I am told the account is closed because the 'machine' thought it was inactive and I need to open a whole new account. NOT HAPPENING I say. Make a plan. Okay, so now the one account is active but I do need to wait for a new card on the other. I am not happy. Then I finally get some instructions on how to access the on-line site. What a ridiculous site!!! I have attempted SEVERAL different passwords that are now so long and complicated I am unlikely to remember it, but the 'machine' still does not approve the password. I use a dozens of sites with passwords that I need to generate and have never had this issue. Get rid of your 'machine' FNB!
