False promises and gross incompitence

Miway refuse to pay my excess even though they are aware that their client was at fault and is liable for the excess that i paid. They promise to pay then change tune withou reason. Christelle is unproffessional and makes false promises. Its embarassing that they claim to have the best servise when they are this bad. I intend to cancel their policy and go to a company that is genuine and does not thrive on ripping people off. No wonder why most cars are not insured in South Africa. Its companies like Miway that make drivers not trust insurance companies.
