THREATS LETTERS AND CALLS FROM ABSA

I am been penalised and threatened by the arrears on the account that i don't know about. I was referred and signed up with an insurance without my permission nor my knowledge. Now i have been threatened that they will repossess my car, and hand over my account to credit Bureau for owing two months on the insurance that i didn't't know about. They took money without my knowledge i reversed it wanting to know who they are.
