ABSA Vehicle Finance threatening to reposses

Hi

ABSA vehicle finance collection company has been calling me and also threatening to repossess my car, but payments are being debited from my account every month.

How did ABSA reach the conclusion that my account is in arrears and/or outstanding to a point that the account is handed to a collections agency and intentions to repossess the car are set in motion whereas monthly payments of the account go through.

The next thing my credit record will reflect non payment or other radical processes be set in motion without my knowledge, ruining ones reputation whereas payments are being honored.

Please attend to these and resolve the way ABSA deals with its clients.
How can all these happen without my knowledge, when the account was opened, contact details are supplied, personal and at work, including e-mail addresses, is it that difficult for ABSA to communicate with its clients using all methods of communication.
