First loan successfull and paid back in full, now

Now account wont work.
I made a loan, received the money, was greatly impressed by service and effectiveness, month end it was deducted with interest and everything was fine. For the past how many months i phoned them, emailed them etc, but to no avail. my password is wrong, then i ask for a new password, it is given, i try on my phone, my computer, nothing works!!! i spent over an hour the one day on the phone with a nice consultant that tried to help me, but this is not due to my own stupidity. I would like my old account deleted, with the history that my payment was made and i am in good standing order, and to open a new account to apply again when needed.
