I spoke to Irshaad Mohamed this morning and received outstanding customer service, he listened, acknowledge, understood and resolved my query instantly. He even went out of his way to share more information on my policy giving me advise that in the long run would benefit me which he did not have to do... he assisted with adjusting my policy to best suit me...
