Forty one days and counting - Claim not finalised!

) I had a claim last year after my car had some hail damage - claim settled and vehicle repaired in no time.
:-) A cell phone was lost during a vehicle accident 41 days ago and the claim was settled in no time.
:-( The vehicle involved in the above accident has till now not been sent for repairs?
:-( I have to constantly follow on what, when, why with no effort from Woolworths insurance - going on 41 days!
:-( First they had the tyres examined as being worn and possibly the cause of the accident - Vehicle is brand new with 18000 km on the clock?
:-( Now they are tracing my previous insurance companies to determine if I lose my no claim bonus and increase my premium - should this not be checked when you join?
:-( A manager now has to approve my claim after 41 days? Still the vehicle is parking somewhere awaiting the go ahead to be repaired - 41 days and counting?
:-( I have sent mails with no replies, I have been promised call backs & no replies?
:-( I insured with Woolworths as I saw them as a reputable company... I now have serious doubts!!
:-( I am disgusted, my last call yesterday at 14h00 resulted in, we will phone you back within an hour... still waiting, 41 days, counting
