I lost my job in september last year, i made a claim to woolworths insurance, and indeed they kept their part and paid my premiums and blocked my card for any further use. in Feb 2013 i resumed work, went to Woolworth secunda on Sunday 24th February, paid my account and requested the block on my card to be removed, because it was too busy at the store i requested the call center number so i can call on my own, i called the call center on Monday 25th Feb 2013, the agent updated my details on the system and gave me a 021 number to call for the block to be removed, the number i got was none existent, then went to Woolworth secunda to request them to rather call the claims dept today, the person who was assisting me was made to wait close to 30mins on the phone to be assisted so i decided to leave as time was not on my time, and still my account is blocked and i cant use it, even though its up to date with the payments.
