Receiving wrong statement for over a year now

Hello, I have contacted Nedbank almost every month. They have been sening me someone's statement for over a year. I keep calling to tell them it is not me and they still send me that person's credit card statement. I refuse to waste resources to keep calling Nedbank and asing the sme thing over and over. Pleasae stop sending me this person statement, i dont even bank with Nedbank
