STANDARD BANK DOES NOT GIVE A ABOUT YOU/ME

On the 19th of April 2013 money mysteriously disappeared in my Standard Bank account whereas I had not made any withdrawals that day. The following day I went to the bank to enquire about it and they told me to report it to the Division Line and during my explanation I realised that it was actually the third time this had happened. They told me that it would take 3 working days to investigated and phone me with an outcome, they phoned me back after two weeks just to confirm the info. I phoned the Division number numerous times but can't get through and even went to the Newton Park branch last month, where they told me that they cannot help me after almost 3 hours of me being there. Its been two months now and I have not heard anything instead I keep on phoning the line but can't get through. The only time I managed to get through after 40min of waiting, the guy that was helping me was extremely rude. Standard Bank has not helped me in anything, they did not protect my money and now they are not even doing anything to help me. I know it may not be a lot of money to others, but its my money, that I worked hard for and desperately in need for, I mean times are hard.
