DEDUCTION 2 EURO FROM MY CARD MONTHLY

In 2009 my daughter went overseas we applied for an Travelex cash passport via American Expressm when she came back money was left unused on her card. When I phoned the relevant people I was told that it is no problem, the money may stay on the card untill she decided to go on an overseas trip again. i phoned several times as well as before the expiry date 12/2011 - I was reassured that I will not lose my money, that it is safe on the card and that should the occasion occur we may just apply for a new card - LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT 2 EURO WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY CARD EVERY MONTH, THIS I ONLY HEARD ON 15 JUNE WHEN I NEGOTIATED A NEW TRANSACTION WITH THEM - I WAS TOLD THIS WHEN THE 2ND TRANSACTION WAS FINALISED, NO WONDER THEY MOTIVATED ME TO KEEP THE MONEY ON THE CARD.

The service is extremely poor, when you phone the nearest branch in Vereeniging nobody answers the phone. When you phone the shareline number 0860036739 - nobody can help you, nobody can put you in touch with the appropriate people. We feel we have been cheated and demand that the company pay our money back - this is daylight!!!
