BAD SERVICE

I have been to your atm in grandwest last night and they would not allow me to withdraw money. This service is pathetic i went to standard bank atm and now had to pay bank charges which i think was really not fair. I am not willing to pay for those bank charges and i am thinking of switching over to standard bank. Please sort out your buisness as you going to loose customers. I personaly dont think an apology call is good enough.i am thinking of going to the press
