I called to make a claim on my car, i was sent to panel beater in Florida, they assessed the damage and then sent to smart insurance, after some weeks, i received a massage asking for photo's on damaged part of the car, of which I did through mms, but then weeks gone by, i called again to find out about progress, then i was told that the photo's are not clear, i send them again, then i got sms says that claim has been declined in February this year.

I want my policy to be cancelled, refund my money as this is a daylight, i have been paying the insurance ever since the inception of the policy
