Despite a call, no statements have been forthcomin

I spoke to Acklima on 24 January 2013 - Ref: 240113QP2780
I requested Monthly Membership statement to be e-mailed to me for 31, December 2012.
I have still not received the said statement.
It appears that whenever they try to submit statements directly from their system, the statements don't come through. It's only when sent directly from their own internal e-mail address that the statements seem to be delivered.
I have mentioned this to various representatives of the call centre on numerous occasions, but to no avail.
This has been an ongoing problem for some time.
Bonitas, please jack up your VERY POOR service
