Fnb elloff street bankers are utterly incompetent!

I went to the bank to get my statement and fnb billed me 4 times for 1 print out!
I want my money or i will close this account!
i waited on the que for an hour and only to be helped by a lady who clearly didnt know her job!
i was told that my surname change was not done which i did on this branch 2 weeks ago and now today (Monday) i open cellphone banking to find out i have been billed 4 times for 1 print out same day same time!!!
I want my money!!!
