Went to close my savings account last year march 2012. I went into the bank three times after that and called several times to offically close the account since they didnt do it the first time i was there. Now my account is in arreas of R175.00 which they say i owe them. I already paid R700 on the account, money i had to pay in for banking services i do not use.. and for an account that is suppose to be closed. I am not going to pay another cent on this account, so can you please sort out it out, its been more than a year since i have closed it. I will appreciate your immediate attention to this matter for its almost the end of the month, and then i will be billed again..
