FNB charged me close to R60 to print 3month Bank statement - swi

I have FNB online banking and with the new ugly interface that is so hard to use I couldnt findvan option of downlad a 3month bank statement.
So I went into the branch to do it. The lady helped but before printing she told me the cost is R11.50 per page. Can you believe that. So my bank charged me close to R60 on top of my other charges for printing out 5 pages!! I needed to apply for something so I had to take it on the chin. I have been so hesitant to switch to Capitec that is all the rave these days. This latest episode of overpricing just made my decision for me. Everybody I told just can't believe it.
