Billed for a statement I did not request

So I went into Fourways Crossing branch to change my name to my married name. The consultant did all the necessary but due to him making errors and seeming not to really know what he was doing I asked for some sort of print out to check and ensure that my details had been changed correctly. So he prints me a statement. However fails to tell me that I will be charged R15 for this statement print. I only found this out when I checked my bank account this morning. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! If you are going to charge a customer for something then the RIGHT thing to do is tell them they will be billed. I simply asked for something printed out so I can approve he had done his job properly. I DID NOT ASK FOR A STATEMENT! And to be billed for something I did not ask for is UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE!! I expect the Manager of Fourways Crossing to call me and for the R15 charge to be reversed immediately. This is poor service yet again from Standard Bank. Not only was I charged for something I did not ask for but the consultant was rude to me after I told him he was not done with me when he already had someone else sitting at his desk. Capitec I am sure will love my new business.
