My master card expired in March 2013 and went to order a new card at the Mall of the North when it got to the bank two weeks back they had wrong details on my card I asked Bertha and Sarita the manager to order me another card. I received an SMS to collect my new card last week only to get to the Branch to be told the card has not been ordered I asked why Thetja went to th manager Sarita who never bothed to come and explain but only to be told they forgot to order no apologies offered Thetja pushed all my documents to me and said I will received the new card in five working days. In my whole life I've never seen bad attitude like this from a Bank. That's why this branch will ever be so quite black on black service really sulks. I
