I took out this plan in begin Feb 2013. I was told on the phone that day that normal ceasarian's are covered. And that if I do get pregnant now, I will be covered. I got married in March and soon afterwards fell preagnant. I emailed Moeketsie asking how this would work now since I am pregant. First I was told on the email that I will be covered in Dec (when I am due) but only for normal birth and emergency ceasarian. When I emailed again and asked to make sure since our MediClinic says they have bad reviews from One Plan on payments. I was told then I will not be covered. This is all very concerning since I am pregnant and need to find answers. Will I also receive good service once my baby is there? And what about the increase that came so suddenly?
