DO I PAY FULL CAR INSURANCE OR SECOND HAND INS

I've been shocked by my insurance on my BMW. Had some light damage to the front off car and got quote from panel beater for -R33 000.00. Took my car to assessor had a look and said they will have to use second hand spares because my car is old and can't fit new parts to old car. My book value are about R175 000.00
One off my clients also with PSG had accident last sat with his Merc and damage were -98 000 the assessor said wont right car of because its only bumper and lights and that client will be happy if they fit second hand parts.
In reply from PSG in mail they said they won't fit second hand parts it may come back on them."value off Merc R115 000.
Now my car are -60 000 more worth than the Merc and want to fit second hand parts to a car that's cleaner than the assessor thoughts. If they fit second hand parts I want a second hand insurance payment and were in my contract stand the use off old parts. They
have always issues with paying out the last time
it was foto's with the clothes on. We paid the past few years about R780 000.00 and want to fit second hand parts to my car and new parts to a car less value than mine. IT'S TIME TO MAKE A MOVE?
