I delivered my vehicle to Dent Doctor in Randburg to be repaired.

After one month I have still not received the car back from the panel beater. After an argument with the manager at Dent Doctor, it transpired that he was told by Pillay to use second hand parts to repair this vehicle. So far he has not been able to get the second hand parts and this is why the repairs have not been carried out

I pay top price for comprehensive insurance and the use of second hand parts have never been disclosed to me

When I called to complain at Regent insurance, no one answered the complaints line
