Eft out of my acc without permission

Money was eft out of my account to acc without my permission, to journal, or do. Now My first question, where is my rights as the bank only break the credit act as it please, as I went to my branch and the consultant was shocked to see they did it.

Second this acc is according to credit act before 2007 the least 12 ago, which I also ask the question, what is going on and I will not hesitate if found unauthorized to use the law to the full effect and all members involved will be held accountable.
